An Example in Suffering

The history of the church has been a history of suffering. A road marked with the blood of martyrs from every generation. For 200+ years, by the mercy of God, believers in America have been mostly sheltered from this suffering. As it seems that God has perhaps ordained for this to change may we, as followers of Christ, not despair, but may we follow the example given us in Christ and entrust ourselves to “Him who judges righteously.”
