Eschatology Matters!

before His last suffering, with such an eschatological discourse… He did not leave the earth
without having also disclosed the secrets of the future, so a Dogmatics which, in reference to the eschata
(end times), takes an indifferent or skeptical position, is in itself imperfect and like a mutilated
torso. It lies in the nature of the case that Christian eschatology, the more the course of time advances,
must become less and less an unimportant appendix and more and more a locus primarius
(Primary focus) of Christian doctrine.”
